Reservations

Rates quoted are current and are double occupancy, include 14% VAT, these may be subject to change without notice, and however current reservations will not be affected. Breakfast is included. Additional meals are extra. Rates are quoted in South African Rands.

A 50% deposit of the entire stay is required to confirm a reservation within 7 days, upon which we will issue a Confirmation of Reservation. Full payment for accommodation and any extras are due from the client not later than 30 days prior to the arrival date. We reserve the right to automatically cancel a reservation, which is not confirmed. All cancellations must be in writing, via fax or email. Method of payment is given in detail on Pro Forma Invoice and include credit card or wire transfer. Augusta Bay has one family suite St. Andrews, suitable for a family of four, comprising two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. Rates for children are based on age, 12 and over are full rate. It should be noted that Augusta Bay is not child friendly in that it has different levels, accessed by stairs and we do not have gardens.

Child Policy:

1 – 5 years: no charge per child
6 – 10 years: R250.00 per child sharing
10 – 16 years: 50 % of the full adult rate
3rd person: 50% of the full adult rate

Cancellations

“No Shows” or cancellations less than 7 days will result in the full value (100%) of the stay being charged. Less than 30 days will result in a 50% payment, of the stay. 25% of the stay with less than 60 days will be charged. Reservations made and cancelled will result in a 10% service handling fee being held from any refunds due.
